All products are made to order, and we do not accept returns. As all items are made with fresh organic herbs, we do not offer refunds, due to the perishable nature of the products. Exchanges will be given only in the event that you receive a damaged product. Each item is shipped and personally inspected by us and will not be shipped with any defects; the customer will be responsible to cover any shipping costs. Should this be the case, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item with image proof. Pure Petals will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
Invalid Addresses
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. We are not responsible for wrong addresses or lost packages; however, we will assist in any way that we can.
Shipping Process
Processing time for all orders is 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After items have been processed, then shipping will begin. Process time excludes the time for shipping. We process all orders in the time frame listed above and then ship out orders. Shipping takes 2-5 days.
